Paradise Poker is part of the International Poker Network using the Boss Media software. The tournament section is constantly getting more and more exciting, but it´s the cash games that should be tempting for players looking for juicy action. Plenty of loose players, but also a number of savvy grinders so pick your tables carefully. Where most other IPN rooms only have email support, Paradise also has a LiveChat on their website! Choose your bonus and get from €50, €100, €200 or 100% up to €500!

Fish

The many casinos on the International Poker Network bring a constant flow of gamblers, chasing nearly everything. There are also bookmakers bringing in fresh fish, but when Bwin left the network, they took many of the clueless donks along with them. This includes the horrible Turkish players that used to swim around on the IPN network. So the level is not quite as crazy as it used to be. Still it´s very loose, with both fish senseless maniacs. The past years, more and more good players have found their way to this oasis, but the number of very bad players at this network is so overwhelming, that we recommend these tables very strongly!

Traffic

Peak Time: 7pm-11pm(CET)
Cash-games: up to 3.300
Tournaments: up to 13.000
Traffic is decent at most levels and games. There´re cash games in several different currencies, including the Turkish Lire(TRY), with plenty of action to be found in all of them. Since TRY is approx. 2/3 of the $, there´s a lot of rake to be saved at these tables!

Software

The BossMedia software now used by Paradise Poker is smooth and very user-friendly - it quickly became my mother´s favorite network :) There are features like Notes, Search-Player and a 5 table multi-tab at the top of each screen, making it easy to switch between each table. There’s also a great Live-Support right at the table which is a sign of superb service! The beginner will probably enjoy that there are 20 seconds to respond – a thing that on the other hand will annoy the skilled player. Simply statistics in the table menu, and in the lobby you have the ussual plrs/flop%, average pot size, hands/hour, players seated, who’s on the waiting list etc.

Tournaments

When it comes to big multi-table tournaments, the traffic is somewhat limited. Tournaments with small and medium buy-ins run around the clock though, and many of these are often either guaranteed or tempting in some other way. There are a few big tournaments like the monthly $100.000 Guaranteed, and qualifiers for huge live events like WSOP, Monte Carlo and Irish open. Sit and Go’s run constantly, with buy-ins from $3 all the way up to $500. These are either with 10, 5 or 2 participants, and often packed with very bad players! Acceptable traffic and extremely soft competition leads us to provide International Poker Network with an above average Tournament Score.

Support

Paradise Poker is known for supporting their customers respectfully through a fairly fast and proffesional email support. Paradise has a lovely Live Chat available in their homepage, as well as the table! There´s also a telephone support for more personal assistence. Top score!

Bonus

As a new player at Paradise Poker, you´ll receive a one time bonus of $100. For each raked hand (min. rake of $0.25) you play you will receive 1 point, and 4 points will be earned for every $1 you pay in tournament fee. At 100 points €5 will be moved from your Pending Bonus Credit account to your cash account. 1 point is rewarded for every dollar paid in tournament fees. For 1-on-1 tournaments with less than a $1 fee, players will still get 1 point. In the case of multi-table tournaments players will earn points equal to 10% of the value of their buy-in; fractional points will always be rounded up. For example, in the case of a $10 tournament players will earn 1 point while in the case of a $15 tournament players will earn 1.5 points, with this always being rounded up to an even 2 points.
